Codat is seeking an Operations & Strategy Manager to join our growing team in London.

What we do at Codat...

Codat is a fast-growing technology company founded in January 2017, enabling small business financial systems and services to work together seamlessly.

We provide a simple API for connectivity to the market leading accounting, banking and commerce systems globally. We handle the complexity of managing and standardising third-party API connections and schema so that our clients don’t have to.

What we need your help with...

Strategy - Maintaining clear sight of the long-term strategy and financial models, and our progress against them as we grow

Finance – Responsible for front-line finance processes and financial reporting, both internally and to shareholders

Legal – Responsible for managing client and supplier contracts, as well as relationships with external lawyers

Processes – Building scalable processes across the business to make Codat stronger as we grow

About you…

You are a confident self-starter who is keen to get hands-on in a growth environment

You are good at Excel, with experience of building models

You are dedicated to detail, and get a little bit frustrated when things aren’t done correctly

You are excellent at communicating complex ideas and trade-offs to others

You have a significant commercial inclination and like seeing deals get done

You are a broad, strategic thinker who is capable of seeing second and third-order impacts of decision-making
